My Story

BerryToBrew.com‘s story began with a single sip—a sip of coffee that changed everything.

My name is Shaif Ahmed. I was an average coffee person who knew little about brewing methods.

My coffee story began in 2019. I had drunk coffee even before, but when I took my first sip made by a trained barista, It tasted different and better.

Then curiosity led me to ask her about the secret behind her delicious coffee, and after talking, I first learned that instant coffee is not the only type of coffee 😅. She also gave me some extra tips.

Then I purchased a coffee maker and medium roast coffee beans and started hustling to brew a good cup for me. And gradually, I am not only interested in coffee, but I am a coffee enthusiast!

I have learned and brewed different coffee with various coffee beans, such as pour-over, espresso, espresso-based drinks, french press, cold brew, and many more.

After trying different types of coffee and brewing methods and engaging people in various coffee forums, I felt people love coffee in cafes or made by a professional, but when it comes to their own time, most of them fail to brew their desired coffee.

From my experience, when it comes to a great cup of coffee, it all depends on finding the right coffee with the right brewing method & perfect ratios. I believe technique matters over gadgets. That’s why I named it Berry To Brew.

For this project, I want to try and put together the content I tried myself, discussing with experts and solving people’s questions personally or on different social platforms and forums.
